Once you determine your dates, contact us so that we can ascertain availability and book you in. At that time, a confirmation letter will be sent to you along with a contract. A $200 separate security deposit will be requested along with half the rent; one month before you go, the balance is due. Keys and all pertinent information (directions to the property, information about surrounding areas, instructions for appliances, etc) will be sent to you upon receipt of balance.
